Who you are
- Extensive hands-on experience in data-focused roles, whether as a Product Manager, Analyst, or Engineer, combined with a strong leadership track record
- Proven success leading in fast-paced, data-driven tech environments, ideally with consumer-facing (B2C) or engagement-led products
- Skilled in crafting and executing product analytics strategies, including defining KPIs and building scalable tooling ecosystems
- Recognized as a thought leader in experimentation, driving programs that embed test-and-learn mindsets into product development
- Adept at simplifying complex data insights for a wide range of audiences, with a natural flair for communication and training
- Collaborative and humble leader who builds momentum across functions and brings out the best in teams
- Ideally experienced in applying behavioral science principles to personalize product experiences and drive impactful digital interventions

- You will be joining an organisation that has treated almost 1 million patients to date and is opening a new shared service in Poland to support our global operations
- To support our rapidly growing business, we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Director Product - Experimentation
- We're looking for a visionary Director Product - Experimentation to build and lead a new team at the heart of Oviva’s Product function
- In this pivotal role, you’ll shape how we generate and apply insights, from refining experimentation frameworks to enabling data-driven, personalized care for hundreds of thousands of patients across Europe
- You’ll drive the strategy, tooling, and processes behind our experimentation and analytics capabilities, empowering product teams to move faster, learn more, and act smarter
- Own and shape Oviva’s experimentation and product analytics strategy, driving a culture of data-informed decision making
- Lead tooling selection and implementation to enable faster, more rigorous experimentation across teams
- Refine our KPI frameworks and reporting systems to deliver consistent, actionable insights across markets and care pathways
- Empower Product, Pathway, and CRM teams to run impactful experiments through enablement, training, and hands-on collaboration
- Build data products and tools that personalize the patient journey and power our real-time behavior change engine
- Champion insight-driven innovation by making experimentation scalable, efficient, and central to how we build at Oviva
Our take
Smartphones have given rise to many useful apps including those that help users track their health, fitness, and the food that they eat. While many nutrition apps exist to help people count calories or work towards health goals, many of these apps follow a one-size-fits-all approach, despite the fact that every person's body is different.
Oviva provides a personalised nutritional and lifestyle coaching mobile app, designed to help users improve their long-term health by changing habits, improving their diet, and working towards health goals based on their specific health data and needs.
While many startups offer digital dietary tools such as calorie counters and diet trackers, Oviva has found a gap in the market by focusing on providing dietary advice tailored to each individual user's body type and nutritional requirements. And it works directly with health insurers, doctors and national healthcare systems in the UK, Germany and Switzerland, making it a standout in its industry.
