Who you are

You have at least 2 years of Daily Operations Management experience.
You have at least one year of experience teaching/coaching children.
You have native or bilingual proficiency in English.
You are happy to commute 5 days a week to our office in Angel, London.
You are comfortable working in an on-site setting.
You are legally authorised to work in the UK.

Desirable

You have experience in a start-up/scale-up environment.
You are a strong communicator and are comfortable giving feedback to others.
You are a highly organised and proactive individual, able to prioritise responsibilities effectively.
You are comfortable building relationships with staff, schools, and suppliers.

What the job involves

Organising coaches’ schedules and ensuring that cover is always in place.
Managing equipment stock and taking charge of distribution to schools and coaches.
Recruiting and onboarding great coaches.
Stepping in to coach after-school clubs when needed.
Supporting ongoing staff development.
Assisting with quality assurance and performance tracking.
Supporting the founders with sales and admin.
