Who you are
- 6+ years of experience in Commercial/Sales/CS enablement or operations
- Demonstrated experience leading projects end-to-end with measurable outcomes
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Experience building and optimizing processes that enhance team effectiveness
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot), CSPs (Planhat, Gainsight), and Google Workspace
Desirable
- Knowledge of the Grocery Retail and CPG industries
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, automate routine tasks, and improve work quality
- Experience building solutions with low-code/no-code workflow and automation tools to streamline operations and eliminate manual processes

- The Commercial Enablement Manager II serves as the team enablement specialist for Eversight's CPG business
- In this role, you will drive efficiency and quality across the entire customer journey from prospect to successful client
- You'll lead strategic initiatives that optimize commercial processes, manage comprehensive reporting systems, and ensure seamless execution across all customer touchpoints. You help the team do their best work

- Manage commercial projects with measurable performance impact and lead workstreams on team-wide initiatives that enhance our sales process and customer engagement
- Partner with Product and Marketing teams to develop, manage, and continuously evolve high-impact sales materials that effectively communicate our value proposition
- Design and deliver comprehensive enablement programs that ensure commercial team fluency in product capabilities and competitive positioning
- Evaluate and enhance sales performance tracking systems to deliver actionable pipeline insights and forecasting accuracy
- Develop and refine customer health scoring models that drive proactive retention strategies and revenue optimization
- Drive data governance initiatives to maintain reporting accuracy and enable reliable business intelligence across all systems
- Develop and maintain standardized playbooks that streamline processes and ensure consistent execution across teams
- Drive strategic initiatives that maximize customer retention rates and identify expansion opportunities within the existing client base

Instacart is an online grocery marketplace that operates a pick-up and delivery system in the US and Canada. Unlike standard grocery shopping, Instacart sends a “personal shopper” to your local store to buy your products, who then delivers them straight to your door on the same day via their own car. The company also supplies the Instacart Platform, with services for stores encompassing eCommerce, fulfilment, in-store, ads, and insights.
The increased modernization of society has meant more than ever that consumers are looking to buy their groceries online, making space for apps like Instacart to become daily life staples for years to come. Although the company must compete with other grocery store delivery services, such as Walmart’s own, it has expanded to cover large percentages of US and Canadian households, and is now aligned with over 900 retail banners across more than 75,000 locations.
