Email Marketing Specialist, Fanvue

• 3+ years of experience in email marketing, ideally within a fast-paced start-up environment, SaaS product
• Strong experience with HubSpot is a must, with a proven track record of managing and optimising email campaigns within the platform
• Proven track record of increasing email engagement and conversion rates through strategic campaigns
• Hands-on experience with email automation, segmentation, and personalization tactics
• Solid understanding of email analytics, A/B testing, and performance optimization
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with a data-driven mindset
• Highly analytical, results-oriented, and able to execute in a fast-moving environment

Desirable

• Develop and execute a high-performing email marketing strategy that drives creator sign-ups, engagement, and retention
• Own the end-to-end email campaign process - from strategy and segmentation to execution and optimisation
• Write high-impact, conversion-focused email copy that aligns with brand voice
• Manage and optimise email workflows and automation sequences in HubSpot (strong experience with HubSpot is required)
• Lead growth hacking initiatives via email flows, experimenting with new strategies, and driving creative solutions to boost performance
• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and design to improve open rates, CTRs, and conversions
• Leverage data analytics to track performance, uncover insights, and refine email strategies
• Ensure all email communications follow best practices, deliverability standards, and compliance guidelines (e.g., GDPR)
