Paid Media Manager, Relex

• 3+ years of experience in demand generation, performance marketing, digital marketing or growth marketing preferably in international B2B SaaS, managing paid advertising programs globally
• Excellent knowledge of paid media channels like LinkedIn, Meta, Google and display networks
• Hands-on experience with marketing analytics and campaign performance reporting
• Collaborative yet independent working style; ability to lead projects that require collaboration across teams and functions
• Attention to detail and flawless execution
• Eagerness to test and learn new things everyday

Desirable

• Plan, execute and optimize effective campaigns across paid media channels to build awareness, drive pipeline and move prospects down the sales funnel
• Work closely with our paid media lead and other digital campaign experts to develop our Paid Social, Display and Search strategy and programs
• Utilize ABM platforms and other tools to develop effective audience segmentation and targeting strategies
• Analyze and report on results to identify which tactics and experiments are worth scaling and where we should adjust our approach
• Plan and develop funnel and landing page experiments to improve conversion rates
• Work closely with Marketing Operations to support the development of a robust paid media tracking model to gain additional insights into channel and campaign performance
• Work closely with Global Campaigns, ABM, Content, Creative, Business Development, Product and Field Marketing teams to develop effective paid media campaigns that maximize the impact of our global programs and local activities
