Business Intelligence Analyst, SeQura

• 1+ years (Junior) or 2+ years (Mid) experience working with SQL
• Proven understanding of data modeling principles
• Experience with Tableau and/or Metabase
• Strong advantage: familiarity with dbt, Redshift, Visual Studio, Github
• Bachelor’s degree in Data/Business Analytics, Information Technology, or a related quantitative field
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
• Ability to turn business questions into effective dashboards and reports

• Join our Business Analytics team at a fintech company, where you’ll work closely with Product, Finance, and Data Platform teams to deliver insights that directly shape business strategy
• You’ll design SQL models using our existing infrastructure to support both recurring reporting and ad-hoc analysis
• A key part of your role will be building and maintaining Tableau and Metabase dashboards to monitor mobile app performance, user behavior, and financial outcomes
• You'll collaborate with experienced analysts from diverse backgrounds - an ideal setting to deepen your skills, learn best practices, and contribute to high-impact decisions
• Design and build SQL queries and models to support mobile app analytics, performance analysis and revenue tracking
• Ensure data quality and consistency through testing and validation
• Build and optimize scalable reports in Tableau and Metabase to track performance and financial KPIs
• Translate Business teams requirements into technical solutions and accurate reporting
• Work with the Data Platform team to ensure data accessibility and reliability
