Role
Who you are
- You have a degree, education or equivalent work experience in the Manufacturing, Construction or Energy industry
- You have fluent English
- Ideally you have knowledge of the Autodesk solution portfolio (Design & Make or AECO)
- You have a solution focused approach to solving customer challenges
- You are experienced in or have an interest in sales-supporting function (e.g., presales)
- You have excellent communication and presentation skills
- You have the ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building
- You have strong teamwork / relationship management skills
- You work independently and can manage multiple priorities
- You have the ability to travel up to 30% within the EMEA region and occasionally internationally
What the job involves
- In this Pre-Sales role, you will work with and inspire our strategic AECO customers helping them realize their full potential

Partnering closely with the Sales Executive, our Customer Success, Premium Support and Consulting organisations, you will focus on driving expansion and building long-term partnerships by gaining a clear understanding of our customer’s business challenges and translating these into technical solutions that deliver tangible results
- We support hybrid or remote working, and you will report to the Senior Technical Solutions Manager
- You will build and nurture strategic technical relationships that are long-term, impacting customers’ business and materialized in a shared Technical Vision You will manage the technical discovery to help uncover business initiatives and use this information to help connect with Autodesk solutions to deliver business value

- You will provide insight and guidance to Customers by maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of processes and technology trends within the Design & Make or AEC industry
- You will develop and maintain trusted working relationships with the salesforce and adjacent business resources (Enterprise Customer Success, global technical sales, marketing, product teams)
- You will share best practices, information, innovation, and thought leadership within the sales organization, product divisions, and technical sales organization locally and globally
