Senior Manager, GoDaddy

• 8+ years of experience in business development, consulting, sales, or partner/customer management that included external-facing engagement with customers or partners
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and winning opportunities
• Ability to create and present slide decks that emphasize your company's value proposition to potential clients
• Ability to join forces with other large teams outside of your immediate department to create, solve, and delegate complex initiatives

• You will help GoDaddy and our partners achieve our mutual targets by selling commerce solutions to millions of small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs)
• These partners include ISVs (integrated software vendors) and other companies serving SMB merchants through complementary products
• We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager - Account Development with a track record of driving growth and revenue through partnerships and new business opportunities
• This is a full-time salaried position with an opportunity to earn a commission
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships that will drive growth in Commerce
• Manage the entire sales cycle (including any RFP processes) from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a robust pipeline of opportunities and consistent achievement of annual targets
• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential partners and stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and present creative solutions that address partner-specific challenges and objectives
• Build a business model and forecast for new deals
• Lead contract negotiations
• Work closely with delivery teams, project managers, and technical experts to ensure seamless transition from sales to partner onboarding and implementation
• Participate in annual planning and forecasting
• Travel to events/conferences to develop a pipeline of new business opportunities
