Proven Experience: 6+ years managing full-cycle technical recruiting, with at least 1–2 years in a high-growth startup environment

What the job involves

We’re seeking a Technical Recruiter to take on our most urgent technical hiring needs, run a high-performance recruiting process, and partner closely with hiring managers to deliver exceptional talent
This is a high-impact role for a hands-on recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments, balances sourcing excellence with process rigor, and is energized by turning ambitious hiring goals into reality
You’ll partner with engineering and product leaders, ensuring we hit our hiring targets with quality, speed, and precision
Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, from sourcing to offer, ensuring an efficient, high-quality process
Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, success profiles, and team dynamics, translating them into compelling outreach and structured interview processes
Build and maintain strong, diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and market mapping—especially for hard-to-fill roles
Track, analyze, and share recruiting metrics to drive accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement
Contribute to process enhancements that improve candidate experience, interviewer alignment, and time-to-fill, helping make Sprig’s hiring process best-in-class
