Who you are

Previous experience (+1 year) in Fashion, retail or the luxury Industry
A university degree (Fashion / Business related)
Experience using social channels and are confident with learning to use new platforms
A good knowledge of trends past and present with strong luxury brand knowledge
A deep understanding on how to engage, empathise and up-sell with High Net Worth, luxury customers
Extensive product and brand awareness in the luxury goods market

What the job involves

As a Threads Sales Coordinator within our exciting, fast-paced sales team, you’ll be supporting the Senior Private Client Manager and play a critical part in providing the best luxury personal shopping experience in the world to our UHNW client base
This role will initially be a 12 month FTC
Assist the Senior Private Client Manager of the APAC team on day-to-day operations that service Threads’ clients
Source and secure high value, luxury, or sought after fashion items through store contacts and online searches across the globe
Build relationships with new contacts within the global luxury fashion industry whilst maintaining relationships internally with our operations, finance & dispatch teams
Support receipt and purchase declaration procedures, ensuring compliance excellence for all purchases made
Manage large volumes of orders and understand the process of prioritisation
