Who you are

You successfully obtained a Bachelor degree in a related field
You work accurately, conscientiously and with team spirit
You are comfortable with MS Office suite (especially Excel) and cloud based solutions such as Google sheets. Ideally, you have worked with Salesforce or a similar tool before
You are fluent in English, German or French skills are a plus
You are an open-minded and flexible person who does not mind a good challenge
You have an eye for detail and a high standard for the quality of your work
You effectively prioritize various tasks without losing sight of deadlines
You have a background in tourism or are eager to learn more about this industry

What the job involves

Contributing to the planning, organization, and execution of daily operations
Verifying and processing invoices from suppliers worldwide, ensuring accuracy and timely payments
Maintaining strong relationships with the finance departments of suppliers and resolving payment-related queries
Assisting the Finance team with reconciling supplier payments and clarifying balances
Working closely with key stakeholders, such as the Back Office Team, to ensure smooth financial operations
Handling account clarifications and supporting process improvements to enhance efficiency
Supporting additional projects, such as accounting assistance, financial clean-ups, and brainstorming for process optimization
