People Data Analyst, Cleo

• 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within HR, People Analytics, or a similar field
• Strong proficiency in SQL for querying, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets
• Experience building and maintaining dashboards and reports using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Mode)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Experience working with HR metrics and understanding of HR processes
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets

• As a Data Analyst on the People Analytics team, you’ll play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making across our HR and People functions
• Your primary responsibility will be to analyze and interpret employee data, providing insights that support key initiatives like performance management, employee engagement, and retention
• You’ll work closely with stakeholders to create actionable reports, develop dashboards, and identify trends that inform strategic business decisions
• You'll be at the forefront of transforming raw data into meaningful insights that drive decision-making across the People function
