Role
Who you are
- The Talent Acquisition Partner is a key ambassador of Wrapbook’s brand and culture, playing a critical role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in-house at a SaaS or tech company
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter to proactively identify and engage top talent
- Proven experience recruiting for technical roles, ideally supporting Product Development teams (Engineering, Product, Design, Data). Exposure to G&A functions is a plus
- Ability to identify, engage, and attract high-quality talent through proactive sourcing and relationship-building
- Strong communication skills with a focus on clarity, follow-through, and candidate experience
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A collaborative, resourceful mindset and willingness to learn and grow within a high-performing team
- Passion for building inclusive hiring practices and representing the company’s values authentically
- Experience with Ashby ATS is a nice to have
What the job involves
- The Talent Acquisition Partner is a key ambassador of Wrapbook’s brand and culture, playing a critical role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent
- Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, you’ll manage full-cycle recruiting for a range of roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to identify talent needs and deliver exceptional candidates
- You’ll help strengthen our recruiting foundation by contributing to scalable processes, leveraging creative sourcing strategies, and representing Wrapbook with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs, define role requirements, and create effective go-to-market strategies
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, gathering feedback, and supporting offer discussions
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience through thoughtful communication and well-organized processes
- Source candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, events, referrals, etc.) to build strong talent pipelines
- Collaborate with the broader Talent Acquisition team to share insights, improve processes, and enhance recruiting tools and systems
- Provide hiring teams with guidance on interviewing best practices and equitable assessment
- Track and report key recruiting metrics to ensure alignment and transparency with stakeholders
- Contribute to recruiting initiatives that strengthen Wrapbook’s employer brand and commitment to diversity and inclusion

Payroll systems for the production industry are long outdated, with the vast majority of administration still being completed manually, in person, and on paper. This forces cast and crew members to loose many hours in unpaid work and drives up production costs.
Wrapbook's app helps cast and crew complete onboarding, submit timecards and track payments. It offers touch and face ID and helps users track various filings as they pass through the system. Its position as one of the country’s only entertainment-compliant companies of its kind has given it a strong head start in its field.
The company's product is used by well-known production companies such as CollegeHumor, Creative Blood and JN, and serves over 1,000 companies in total. In 2021, commitments from new and existing investors boosted Wrapbook’s valuation to $1 billion, earning it unicorn status. With this funding, it has continued to bolster its payroll platform and workforce to best support the needs of production companies.
