Business Development Representative, Hightekers

• Must be fluent in written and spoken Italian and English
• Previous experience in B2B Sales and Business Development
• Experience in a related industry (umbrella, EOR, or recruitment agency)
• Proficient in using CRM systems and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Effective communication skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong can-do attitude and a sales-driven approach with good time management skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Proficient in conflict management and resolution
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to work well in a team

• We are looking for a Business Developer to join the team in Barcelona who will play a key role in expanding the B2B business vertical across the Italian market while building solid relationships with new and existing clients
• In this position, you will work with Pedro Miquel and Alain Mlanao, among other team members
• Selling and advising on our innovative services to IT companies and IT recruitment agencies
• Supporting the development of sales strategies to drive new customer acquisition
• Developing a portfolio of prospects through different sources and following up
• Managing the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting to finalising and closing the deal
• Analyzing and understanding the client's needs and proposing appropriate solutions
• Negotiating contracts with clients
• Building and managing portfolios of clients across the appointed regions
• Liaising and partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of services provided
• Participating in online and offline events
• Ensuring the quality of clients' and consultants' experiences and the outreach of Hightekers in the B2B market
