Role
Who you are
- 8+ years in PR/Communications, including 5+ years in the US market
- Proven success in digital PR: securing press mentions, backlinks, and coverage in high-authority online publications
- Experience in marketplaces, SaaS, or digital products/services, ideally in fast-growth environments
- Strong media network in the US & UK across tech, lifestyle, and business outlets; ability to collaborate with influencers and partners
- Skilled in executive communications and thought leadership, including op-eds, interviews, and digital content placement
- Excellent storytelling and writing skills (native/C2 English)
- Proficiency with PR monitoring and analytics tools
Desirable
- Experience in event-tech, hospitality, or adjacent industries
- Exposure to global PR execution in EMEA or APAC
- Familiarity with influencer marketing or brand partnerships
What the job involves
- As our Global PR Lead, you will define how the world sees and hears Tagvenue
- This is a role for a strategic communicator who can move seamlessly from vision to execution—crafting the story of a company that is redefining an industry, and making sure it resonates in the US first, and globally thereafter
- You’ll be the driving force behind Tagvenue’s media presence, executive visibility, and brand reputation
- You will design and lead PR strategies that establish trust, credibility, and authority in top-tier US and global media, while also ensuring consistency across the UK, Europe, and APAC

- Digital PR & Media Relations – Build and execute a digital-first PR strategy anchored in the US and UK
- Secure consistent press mentions and backlinks in high-authority online publications and industry platforms to strengthen visibility and SEO impact
- Thought Leadership & Content Placement – Position Tagvenue as a credible voice in SaaS, marketplaces, and events by placing op-eds, guest articles, and interviews in relevant digital outlets
- Shape narratives that highlight how Tagvenue empowers venues to scale and organizers to create successful events
- Reputation & Brand Mentions – Monitor online conversations, strengthen Tagvenue’s reputation through strategic digital coverage, and ensure the brand is consistently present across trusted platforms
- Partnerships & Influencer Collaboration – Develop partnerships with industry associations, event-tech communities, and digital influencers
- Drive co-branded initiatives, joint campaigns, and speaking participation at partnership digital events
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work with Content, Marketing, Product, and SEO to integrate PR into broader digital strategies
- Coordinate external PR freelancers, agencies, and partners to maximize reach and efficiency
- Performance & Impact Tracking – Use PR monitoring, backlink analysis, and media authority scoring tools to track coverage, measure impact, and refine strategies to continuously increase Tagvenue’s digital presence
