Director of Revenue Operations, Twelve Labs

• Experience implementing and optimizing sales methodologies and pipeline stages

• Strong leadership abilities with experience managing teams and cross-functional projects

• Track record of managing both product-led (PQL) and marketing/sales-led (MQL/SQL) growth models
• Experience scaling revenue operations at Series A stage companies

• As the Director of Revenue Operations, you will be responsible for establishing, scaling, and optimizing our revenue operations framework from the ground up
• You'll work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to design and implement systems, processes, and policies that drive sustainable revenue growth and operational excellence
• Design and build a comprehensive revenue operations organization from scratch
• Develop and maintain CRM systems and processes to ensure data integrity and usability
• Define and refine sales stages and pipeline management methodologies
• Create and implement sales team compensation structures that align with company goals
• Establish discounting guidelines and build an effective deal desk structure
• Lead systems selection, implementation, and management for all revenue operations tools
