Senior Product Designer, Wander

• Proven experience (5+ years) designing for consumer-facing web or mobile products, ideally in fast-paced environments
• Strong product sense, you understand user needs, can simplify complex problems, and design intuitive mental models and flows
• Pixel-perfect execution with mastery of Figma and a keen eye for typography, layout, and motion
• Collaboration mindset, you thrive working cross-functionally and are receptive to feedback
• Versatility, you can shift from high-level product thinking to fine-grained UI details without losing momentum
• Balance of craft and pragmatism, you know when to perfect, when to iterate, and when to ship
• Clear communication skills, you can tell stories with visuals and words to align teams

• Contribute to and evolve Wander’s design system, ensuring visual and functional consistency across platforms
• Explore new patterns and interaction models for AI-driven travel experiences
• Collaborate with Marketing to ensure our story is consistently told across every user touchpoint
