What the job involves

As a Software Engineering Manager at Coder, you’ll steer a team of 5-10 world‑class software engineers
You unblock, uplift, and focus the team on the problems that matter - delivering a cutting-edge developer platform loved by customers
Lead, coach, and grow a tight‑knit squad of engineers
Translate product vision into clear technical roadmaps, driving execution end‑to‑end
Hold a high bar for code quality, security, and performance, and instill best practices
Collaborate across Product, Design, and GTM to prioritise customer impact
Remain hands‑on by reviewing PRs, debugging prod issues, and prototyping
