Role
Who you are
- 5+ years of SaaS Customer Success experience, highly motivated and passionate about the role (experience with Fortune 500 companies, supporting B2B2C products are a plus)
- Based in London, France or Barcelona, working at our Monta office
- Commercial acumen, communication and presentation skills, with a customer first mentality
- Strong can-do attitude, problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to develop solutions to complex challenges
- Experience navigating large global organizations, dealing with technical and commercial teams including partner enablement and complex setups
- Proven track record of project management, stakeholder management and prioritization skills
- Ability to travel to see partners approx. two times per quarter
- Fluent German (Dutch is a plus)
- EV experience is ideal but not mandatory
- Other EU languages are a plus
What the job involves
- As a Customer Success Manager at Monta, you will play a key role in shaping the customer experience in a new and rapidly evolving industry
- Joining a team that's defining what customer success looks like in the EV industry, you will focus on driving satisfaction, retention, and growth across the DACH Market for our B2B2C products
- This role is for a person that enjoys building new processes, working in startups, and helping build the foundation of customer success as a competitive differentiator in this dynamic space
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as the operational lead and trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle
- Manage risks, ensure renewals, and drive growth in your portfolio
- Ensure the success of customer accounts through strategic touchpoints, regular engagements, business reviews, project management, and success planning
- Track key metrics to identify opportunities and mitigate risks
- Deeply understand the product to guide partners and align our solutions with their business goals, addressing pain points and ensuring high satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide top-tier service, acting as the voice of the customer and closing the loop on feedback and request

Our take
Monta is an EV charging company that is building ways to make it easier to charge EVs from wherever you are. In order to do so, the company is working to digitise the EV charging ecosystem via a charging management platform.
Transforming mobility is a leading global effort towards a greener society and European cities are rapidly seeing the uptake of electric vehicles. In spite of this, there is a dearth of EV charging points, and Monta is trying to rectify this issue through its unique all-in-one EV charging platform, which makes charging vehicles simple and seamless, thereby increasing the adoption of a more sustainable method of transport.
Monta has invested its efforts toward opening up new markets, specifically North America, whilst consolidating its market position in Scandinavia, the UK, and Germany, as well as creating transparency within the electricity market and continuing to fund digitising the power grid infrastructure. Alongside this, the company recently partnered with Octopus Fleet to support the expansion of its fleet and energy services. This partnership strengthens Monta's role in large-scale fleet electrification and puts the company in a strong position as demand for reliable EV charging continues to grow.
