Who you are
- A degree, diploma, or equivalent experience in Digital/Graphic Design
- Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- A strong portfolio demonstrating work across multiple global brands
- Excellent typographic skills, a sharp eye for detail, and a flair for design
- Strong time management, organisation, and communication skills in English
What the job involves
- The Midweight Designer will deliver standout creative concepts and executions for 360 campaigns across multiple channels
- The role requires working closely with the design team and wider organisation to produce innovative solutions for both global and regional brands, pushing creative boundaries while maintaining brand integrity
- This role is part of the team’s ongoing growth, providing the opportunity to influence high-profile campaigns and make a tangible impact
- You'll design creative for 360 briefs across digital, social, web, CRM, OOH, and retail
- Develop fresh, innovative designs that elevate brand identity
- Provide creative solutions for through-the-line communications, both print and digital
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders across multiple projects
- Present work confidently to senior creatives and leadership teams
