Who you are

- Education: Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a college or university, pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and professionally
- Work Ethic: Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive as part of a collaborative team
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail are critical for CRM and Sales Ops responsibilities
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with CRM and ERP software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Netsuite) is a significant plus
- Mindset: A positive attitude, intellectual curiosity, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
What the job involves
- Duration: 10-11 weeks (May 26 to August 7 OR June 22 to August 28)
- We’re seeking a driven and detail-oriented Sales Ops Intern to support our growing sales team
- You’ll gain hands-on experience in CRM management, sales operations, lead qualification, and customer engagement while supporting high-impact initiatives
- Sales Development & Customer Engagement:
- Lead Identification & Outreach: Assist the sales team in identifying and qualifying leads through targeted research and outreach
- Customer Engagement: Call potential customers to engage, qualify leads, and nurture early-stage relationships
- Sales Support: Support the preparation of compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Market Research & Product Alignment:
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs
- Product Expertise: Develop a strong understanding of the company’s product offerings and articulate how they align with market demands and solve customer problems
- Sales Operations & Administration:
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in our CRM system
- System Administration: Perform regular CRM administration tasks, including data entry, updating contact information, and generating essential reports for the sales team
- Process Improvement: Support critical Sales Operations functions, including assisting with the system build-out of new sales tools and providing support for month-end close activities to ensure accurate reporting
- Project Management: Provide general project management support by tracking project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables
- Team Collaboration:
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Actively collaborate with team members on various projects and contribute directly to achieving team goals
