Acquisitions Marketing Operations Manager, NewDay

• You can help formulate a strategy and communicate that to key parties. You’ll be a collaborator, helping bring wider teams on the acquisition journey with the ability to influence collaborators
• You have superb problem-solving skills, demonstrating your ability to use multiple sources of data and insight to fully understand the performance of your strategy and executed campaigns. You'll translate this into a clear commercial performance story
• You’ll have delivered commercial success through implementing stand out partner marketing strategies and campaigns

Desirable

• The optimisation of our decisioning API with partners and lead our technical projects to help the wider team grow our capabilities across pricing and product change
• Campaigns (with team and partners) on time and to budget and support roadmap projects across pricing and product change. With a clear test and learn plan in place, you'll use results from measuring all points in the customer journey to build your future strategy and plans
• The Acquisition Operations strategy to support the Acquisition channels operational capability to maximise the potential across direct and partnerships
• Control frameworks for the partner channel including monthly check MI, attestations and post live checks. Work closely with Legal and Compliance team to ensure compliance in all aspects of marketing activity – creative, partner control, reporting etc
• Strategies with internal teams to improve customer experience, leading to better customer outcomes and funnel conversion
