Role
Who you are
- You’re an experienced front-end developer who loves building seamless, high-performing websites, and you’re ready to make a difference
- Proficiency with Webflow, including building and managing responsive websites
- Strong foundational skills in HTML, CSS, and a basic understanding of JavaScript
- 3+ years of experience in front-end development or a similar role
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar tools (a big plus)
- A sharp eye for design and attention to detail, ensuring every pixel is just right
- The ability to collaborate seamlessly with teams across design, marketing, and development
- A genuine interest in sustainability and the drive to contribute to impactful change
What the job involves
- At Quatt, we’re scaling quickly and looking for a talented Front-End Developer to help elevate our digital presence
- As a key member of our web team, you’ll help shape how users experience Quatt online
- Working closely with our design and marketing teams to create visually stunning, user-friendly Webflow pages
- Building and maintaining responsive designs that perform seamlessly across devices
- Enhancing Webflow templates with custom HTML, CSS, and light JavaScript for added functionality
- Configuring and customizing HubSpot forms & quotes to optimize user interactions
- Testing, optimizing, and improving site performance with a focus on speed, usability, and SEO
- Exploring creative web development solutions that support Quatt’s growth and impact
- Keeping our online presence aligned with both our sustainability mission and business objectives

Identifying a significant gap in the market, Quatt aims to address the needs of approximately 7.5M homes in the Netherlands lacking a heat pump system. With 2024 funding secured, the company is poised to embark on an ambitious journey, aiming to introduce its solution to a million households by 2030, making significant strides towards a more sustainable future.
