Role
Who you are
- Previous experience in SaaS B2B content writing and knowledge of SEO best practices is essential
- A working knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush (or similar)
- A digital awareness with a genuine interest in what what drives greater marketing performance
- A commercially-focused approach, with the ability to create content that converts visitors into customers
- The ability to identify gaps in our content across all stages of the sales cycle
- It would be incredible if you had experience with PPC & Paid Social but not a deal-breaker if you don't
What the job involves
- Our working week is Mon-Thurs. Fridays are now part of your weekend
- As our Content & Communications Executive, you’ll join our marketing team to scale our content strategy using a wide variety of formats, from blogs to short-form video
- You’ll also support Lunio’s PR agency in driving coverage of our original research and through leadership content in publications such as Forbes and Search Engine Journal
- This role will be on a Fixed Term Contract for 12 months initially, there is a possibility that the contract will be extended/ made permanent after this time
- Owning the creation of all types of written content - including blog posts, case studies, webinar summaries, sales assets, and more
- Support the activity of Lunio’s PR agency by responding to queries, proofreading copy, and supporting logistics for Lunio staff appearing on podcasts and online publications
- Independently research PPC and paid media related topics - combining online sources, interviews, webinars and more to produce in-depth and authoritative content that promotes the Lunio by resolving key pain points for our customers
- Improving the scope and quality of existing written content - editing and refreshing blogs to improve SEO rankings, ensuring website copy is kept up to date, and updating sales assets with the latest product-focused messaging
- Identifying gaps in existing content to create fresh opportunities to speak to our customers needs and drive inbound interest
- Collaborating closely with Lunio’s Product and Customer Success teams to dive deep into customer needs, tailoring content to resonate with our target audiences
- Assisting with planning and preparation for Lunio webinars, helping to drive registrations and deliver high-quality content during live sessions
- Repurposing Lunio webinars and podcasts into short form video content for social
- Continuously assess and report on the results of published content and implement improvements where necessary
- Fixing technical on-site SEO issues identified through Semrush reports
- Staying up to date with the latest paid media trends, adapting content and strategies to align with the continually evolving landscape
