Who you are
- This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about Human Resources and eager to learn about how People teams make an impact in a growing, global company
- Interest in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (currently pursuing a degree preferred)
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Experience with G Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Dependability and interest in working in a team-oriented environment
- Be approachable, with excellent people interaction and customer service skills
What the job involves
- BigID is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented People & Culture Intern to join our team
- In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience in HR operations, talent management, and employee engagement
- You’ll work alongside a dynamic People team to support projects that enhance our employee experience and company culture
- Assist with the onboarding process, helping to create a smooth and welcoming experience for new hires
- Support employee engagement initiatives, including planning events, recognition programs, and wellness activities
- Assist in drafting and updating internal communications, such as company announcements, newsletters, and holiday calendars
- Conduct research to support People policies, programs, and best practices
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to learn the role of HR
- Provide general administrative support to the People & Culture team, including document management, reporting, and special projects
- This is a 10-week paid internship starting on June 4th and ending on August 8th, working up to 35 hours per week

It uses advanced machine learning and identity intelligence to help enterprises better protect their customer and employee data at a petabyte scale. The company helps organizations manage and protect their customer data, meet data privacy and protection regulations like the CCPA and GDPR, and leverage coverage for all data across all data stores.
The company achieved unicorn status after securing $200M over four successful fundraising rounds in three years. It is now honing the product that has delivered such success, with features such as expanded risk management with executive risk reporting, as well as new advanced ML-driven capabilities. On top of this, it has plans to accelerate its global expansion as it looks to capture more clients across the world.
