Role
Who you are
- 7+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably within B2B technology markets, with a minimum of 2 years overseeing demand generation at a SaaS company
- Proficiency in managing diverse marketing channels, including paid advertising, SEO, email marketing, events, content creation, and partner marketing
- Extensive experience in team management, including coaching and mentoring
- Demonstrated track record in PPC, lead scoring, nurturing programs, segmentation, ABM, and targeting
- Strong analytical capabilities to establish measurable objectives and assess campaign performance
- Comprehensive understanding of optimization strategies across the sales funnel
- Solid understanding of full-funnel performance marketing & growth levers (acquisition, adoption/activation, monetization, retention)
- Proficiency in marketing technology and automation systems such as Salesforce, Hubspot, and Google Analytics
- Excellent project management skills, with a proactive and resourceful approach to driving projects forward
- Prior experience in budget management is essential
What the job involves
- Establishing a scalable demand generation function to drive consistent pipeline growth
- Fine-tuning inbound and outbound demand generation channels, optimizing the mix of digital advertising, SEO, email, webinars, and social media to capture and convert valuable opportunities
- Overseeing regional marketing managers across APAC, UK & EU, and MEA, and driving performance in event and channel marketing tailored to each region
- Monitoring and adjusting demand generation campaign performance, conducting thorough evaluations, and implementing improvements to enhance future results
- Developing account-based marketing programs to support the acquisition and expansion of key accounts
- Facilitating collaboration between Sales and Marketing to develop cohesive campaigns, refine lead generation strategies, and identify opportunities for pipeline acceleration and sales conversions
- Planning and allocating budgets for paid advertising, regional demand generation activities, and other integrated marketing initiatives
- Creating reports and dashboards to track and analyze lead generation activities effectively

Sumsub has built a global verification platform that helps remote workers and international employees securely log into their work accounts in a simple and secure manner.
The all-in-one verification platform is used by more than 2,000 companies to verify users and transactions. Sumsub has also developed a compliance-as-a-service platform, a first-of-its-kind application that helps companies adhere to AML regulations to “Know Your Customer” (KYC). Expanding from its one-size-fits-all verification service has reaped dividends for Sumsub, which enjoyed $30 million in Series B funding off the back of its compliance service launch in 2022.
Moving forward, Sumsub is looking strong within a competitive verification market. Its products are applicable to a range of industries within tech including fintech, gaming, and even rideshare apps. The latter is an especially lucrative market in Europe, with a recent survey suggesting that 43% of European drivers do not plan to own their own vehicles by 2025. This indicates that ridesharing is a particularly lucrative sector for Sumsub to tackle.
