Who you are
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of proven experience in leading and managing engineering teams
- 5+ years of strong experience in software development, with a focus on web development technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

What the job involves
- Reporting to the Director of Engineering
- Lead and mentor a team building the DevLink platform—spanning Code Sync and Code Component, to enable seamless design‑to‑code workflows.
- Oversee the development, reliability, and lifecycle of DevLink and related developer workflows (CLI, APIs/SDKs, Git integrations)
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other stakeholders
- Drive the adoption of best practices in software development
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration
- Ensure the team’s work aligns with Webflow’s overall strategic goals and objectives
