What the job involves
- We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to serve as a strategic partner to Technology, providing financial insights that drive operational efficiency, capital investment decisions, and alignment with organizational goals
- This role combines advanced financial analysis with business partnership to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives
- Act as a trusted financial advisor to Technology leadership, providing financial insights and recommendations to drive business performance
- Drive strong financial stewardship to increase profitability; providing financial insights and recommendations to drive business performance
- Collaborate with leaders to understand their financial needs and provide strategic support
- Prepare and present monthly financial updates for Technology, including budget vs. actuals and variance analysis
- Highlight key drivers of performance and provide recommendations to improve financial outcomes
- Develop and maintain CAPEX reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Support the annual planning process, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and financial targets
- Conduct scenario analysis to assess risks and opportunities under different conditions
- Oversee and approve all accounts payable for Technology budget approvals, including creating new approval IDs and ensuring compliance with approval workflows
- Assist in preparing quarterly board materials with clear, data-driven insights
- Lead the automation of reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
