Who you are
- This is a great opportunity for the well-rounded product manager to build upon their product management and technical skills to drive impact across all of our products at VTS
- You have experience as a Senior Product Manager in an SaaS or B2B startup, ideally working on a developer ecosystem or API platform team
- You have a strong technical competence, ability and affinity for tackling technical projects
- You have created your own applications on third-party platforms ex. Slack, Shopify, Salesforce etc
- You are a truly empathetic listener: to your team, stakeholders and our customers
- You love talking to customers
- You are clear and concise in your communication
- You care deeply about best product practices and standards – just shipping isn’t enough for you
What the job involves
- As a Senior Product Manager for APIs at VTS, you will drive the strategy, development, and management of APIs across our multiple product lines, ensuring it meets the needs of our customers and partners
- You will collaborate closely with engineering, customer teams and external partners to design and deliver APIs that allow seamless integration and drive value for all stakeholders
- You will join a skilled and fun group of product managers with diverse backgrounds and experience. VTS has a clearly defined career path for every product manager on the team and is committed to their long-term professional development
- Lead discovery sessions with customer engineering teams and external partners to gather insights and feedback
- Measure and synthesize the quantitative and qualitative feedback on your products, and share these findings with your team and senior management
- Develop a roadmap that aligns customer value and business goals
- Ship high-quality products everyday by working closely with your squad
- Lead the rollout of new products and features through limited availability and general availability
- Communicate and form alignment with groups both internal and external to the company. These include engineering, design, QA, executive team, customers, partners, sales, and our customers

Marketing, leasing, data analytics and retention efforts have traditionally required an array of different solutions, often poorly integrated with one another (if at all), and decision-making is often stymied by inaccurate reporting and inflexible, clunky tools.

Combining marketing, asset management and reporting functions into a single interface, it also delivers data insights for decision makers to inform their investment and asset strategies.
VTS's user base has grown to over 45,000 commercial real estate firms including Blackstone, Brookfield Properties, and LaSalle Investment Management, and about 60% of the US's top quality office space is managed through its platform. Having raised a significant amount of funding it is investing heavily in research and development, sourcing strategic acquisitions and hiring additional talent.
