Who you are

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
2+ years of experience in B2B marketing campaign execution and demand generation
Proven experience with campaign best practices, process adherence, and accurate reporting
Strong attention to detail
Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including paid media, email marketing, and social media
Experience with analytics and automation tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau, Asana, Google or similar platforms
Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills
Strong communication and collaboration abilities

What the job involves

As a Marketing Campaign Specialist, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing demand generation campaigns across various digital channels
You will play a key role in managing campaign execution, tracking performance metrics, and identifying trends to enhance engagement and conversion
Plan, execute, and optimize demand generation campaigns to support product launches and promotions
Work with Digital Marketing to ensure campaigns are activated digitally across platforms such as social media, email, search, and display advertising
Analyze campaign performance and report on key trends, insights, and opportunities
Leverage field/sales feedback to optimize the lead funnel and deliver high-quality leads that will convert to opportunities and revenue
Assist with localizing and translating content for different markets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and product marketing, to ensure cohesive messaging
Assist in A/B testing strategies to improve conversion rates and campaign effectiveness
Track campaign KPIs and prepare performance reports for stakeholders
Identify and create scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign setup, conversion, nurturing, and database management
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing
