Role
Who you are
- Ability to build a national strategic plan and deliver expected results on budget and on time
- Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets at the enterprise level
- Experience in the MEDDPICC and Force Management framework for deal coaching
- 10+ years of Sales Management experience (with international experience preferred); BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
- Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Demonstrable experience developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions
- Ability to gain competence, adopt new perspectives, and build relationships that cross organizational boundaries, and, as a result, build out a web of support and contacts
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills, with strong oral and written communications as well as an ability to persuade others to a particular point of view
- Ability to prioritize engagement and support
- Prior experience being a part of a growing and scaling business is highly preferred

- As RVP, Enterprise Sales (East), you will be tasked with managing a regional team of Enterprise Account Executives and Regional Directors
- Success in this role is dependent on ability to implement and manage an effective sales strategy
- This includes working to build strong, productive relationships with prospects, customers, and within the team; recruiting and onboarding new customers; and focusing on growing new business opportunities
- Set & execute the regional go-to-market strategy to consistently hit or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Lead a regional team of Enterprise Account Executives and Regional Directors developing account and territory plans with tactical execution to gain wallet share from existing customers and market share from the competition
- Develop and implement strategies for expanding the company’s customer base within your region
- Provide accurate weekly, monthly and quarterly forecasts
- Drive operational rigor and best practices around pipeline management, sales methodologies and account management
- Partner with Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Marketing, and Support to close deals, drive revenue and adoption
- Establish and maintain key customer relationships
- Execute on a partner plan to drive incremental revenue through the channel
- Develop and create the next generation of sales leaders

SentinelOne is a cybersecurity company that matches this automation with machine learning-focused software designed to help businesses defend against online attacks.
The company has expanded beyond endpoint security into a broader AI-powered cybersecurity platform spanning endpoint, cloud, identity, and IT operations. This gives SentinelOne access to a larger enterprise market, although it also it also places the company in direct competitions with established cybersecurity leaders, including its biggest rival, CrowdStrike.
As cyberattacks become increasingly automated, the company is expanding its capabilities beyond detection to include AI-driven threat response, helping security teams contain attacks more quickly. While it still trails larger rival CrowdStrike in scale, SentinelOne is investing in platform expansion and automation to compete for enterprises looking to consolidate their cybersecurity into a single solution.
