Who you are
- If you love shaping strategy but also rolling up your sleeves to get things launched, you’ll feel right at home
- 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with deep experience in channel, partner, or ecosystem marketing in SaaS or enterprise tech
- A strong understanding of how resellers and VARs operate, from sales motions to incentives to marketing programs
- A builder mindset with the ability to take big ideas and turn them into scalable, repeatable programs
- A collaborative style and comfort working cross-functionally with Channel Sales, Partner Management, Demand Gen, and Product Marketing

What the job involves
- At Glean, partners are core to how we grow, and our reseller and VAR ecosystem is a big part of that story
- We’re looking for a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to lead how we go to market with our indirect partners and turn strong relationships into real, measurable impact
- This role is about building momentum. You’ll work closely with Channel Sales, Partner Managers, and Marketing to design joint programs that partners are excited to run, sellers want to lead with, and customers feel the value of
- Create and run co-marketing programs with top resellers and VARs that drive awareness, pipeline, and revenue
- Build repeatable campaign frameworks and plays that partners can easily activate across regions and segments
- Lead MDF planning and execution, with a strong focus on ROI and partner impact
- Develop partner-ready messaging, content, and “campaign-in-a-box” kits that make it simple for sellers to position and market Glean
- Work with Product Marketing to tailor Glean’s story for channel audiences, industries, and key use cases
- Bring Glean to life through partner events, SKOs, roadshows, and regional programs that build mindshare and pipeline
- Serve as the marketing lead for strategic VAR relationships, aligning plans with joint account and growth priorities
- Define and track success across partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, engagement, and conversion
- Use data and partner feedback to continuously improve programs and investment decisions
Our take
Glean is an intuitive digital assistant which allows employees to search across all their apps and find the information and tools that they need more quickly.
With so many SaaS apps being used by modern day companies, overwhelm and inefficiency inevitably enter the equation. Glean’s search engine is proving popular for how it unifies and centralizes all these distributed tools and data.
It’s been quite a start to life at Glean, having emerged from stealth in 2021, it received a $1B valuation in early 2022, thus achieving unicorn status. Since then, the company has gone on to raise substantial funding and bring its valuation up to $7.2B in 2025. With this impressive growth, its secured some big name customers like Grammarly, databricks, and Rubrik.
That Glean was co-founded by a quartet with senior experience at Google, Microsoft, Uber, and Facebook stands the company in good stead. However, it’s the fact that its search engine is solving a new, but very real problem in the workplace that’s seen its popularity surge so quickly, which it’s likely to continue to do in the future. And its adaptability to include new AI capabilities to its platform, such as generative AI, has Glean well set to see further growth.
