Who you are
- Previous experience in a People and/or ER-focused role, ideally in a fast-paced, technology driven operational environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of ER cases confidently, pragmatically and with a commercial mindset
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills — calm under pressure and confident advising managers
- Good understanding of UK employment law and HR policies
- Resilient, solutions-focused, and motivated to grow and develop within a supportive team

- We’re looking for a proactive People Partner to join our team, supporting our Global Customer Operations teams in Cardiff, with occasional travel to our offices in Manchester
- You’ll work closely with the Lead People Partner to deliver a great employee experience, championing our culture, values, and ways of working
- Support and coach managers through various stages of the employee lifecycle, helping them build confidence in handling employee relations cases effectively and autonomously
- Use data and trends to help identify and implement proactive solutions
- Support the Lead People Partner on initiatives related to performance management, learning & development, wellbeing, and inclusion
- Support the delivery of key people programs and cyclical processes
- Collaborate with the wider People Function to define initiatives, policies and tools that enable our people to succeed

Capital on Tap allows British SMEs access to a credit card with up to £250,000 credit within minutes. Gone are the days when waiting up to eight weeks for a loan decision was viable.
The company has raised significant funding too, which has allowed it to expand to the US and accelerate small business growth. With the company reporting to have attracted more than 200,000 SMEs to use its service and these users have spent over £10B, Capital on Tap is certainly on track for even more success.
