• Proven Expertise: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a brand designer, graphic designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing slide deck design and other communication materials
• Advanced Design Tools: Proficient in design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote, and other related tools
• Branding Knowledge: Deep understanding of brand identity and visual communication principles. Ability to adapt and implement brand guidelines across various mediums

• As a Senior Brand Designer specializing in communication mediums, you will be responsible for creating visually engaging and on-brand designs for a variety of communication materials, primarily focused on slide presentations, sales materials, leadership presentations and company communications
• You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to transform complex ideas and information into intuitive, persuasive, and aesthetically pleasing designs that effectively communicate their message
• This is a hands-on role that combines your expertise in graphic design with your understanding of brand identity and communication strategy
• Design and create high-impact slide decks for internal and client-facing presentations, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex ideas into visually engaging slide designs that communicate the intended message clearly
• Use typography, imagery, and data visualization techniques to craft compelling, easy-to-understand presentations
• Ensure all slide decks align with the overarching brand identity and visual language
• Create custom graphics, icons, and illustrations that enhance the visual storytelling of the presentation
• Collaborate with marketing, communication, and leadership teams to maintain consistency across all communication mediums
• Design a variety of communication materials such as infographics, one-pagers, brochures, and other assets to complement the brand’s narrative
