Who you are
- You are above all a "consultant", you express yourself with clarity and conviction in order to highlight the value of our solution
- You know how to associate this quality with a great sense of listening to guide your interlocutor
- You are also a fierce negotiator, able to offer the best possible solution to our customer’s needs
- Proved and consolidated 5+ years experience in B2B SaaS account management or customer success, with a proven track record managing an existing portfolio and driving revenue expansion
- You’ve sold to mid-sized organizations, where navigating multiple stakeholders and longer deal cycles is second nature
- Experience working with technical SaaS products, especially API-based solutions
- Strong business acumen with a consultative approach to sales
- You are both a skilled communicator and negotiator, able to articulate value and secure deals
- Native level in German and English is mandatory; another European language is a plus
- You have a builder mindset and are comfortable with evolutive processes
- You are optimistic, empathetic, and a collaborative team player
What the job involves
- As part of our Account Management team at Yousign, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the long-term success of our customers in the DACH region
- Acting as their consultant, you'll become a strategic partner who understands their business goals and helps them unlock the full value of our solution
- Manage your portfolio of existing clients
- Build trust and establish excellent relationships with them
- Identify opportunities for growth (upsell, cross-sell)
- Negotiate and close expansion deals
- Grow aggressively the total MRR of your portfolio
- Work closely with our Customer Success team on identifying opportunities and maximizing your clients’ satisfaction

Our take
The global electronic signature market is projected to grow to over $35 billion by 2029. Well-known Adobe Sign and DocuSign have been in the game for a while, though YouSign has stepped onto the scene hoping to become the eSignature platform predominantly used by the European market.
The company has two signature products, a web app that is ready to use from anywhere and an API, which can be easily integrated into business softwares. The signatures are eIDAS-compliant and legally binding so clients can focus more on their productivity and teamwork and worry less about paperwork.
The company targets new customers rather than attempting to convert from competitors - SMBs are its target market, hoping to show newer businesses the need for and ease of electronic signatures. Acquiring $ 36.6 million in 2021 in a round of funding meant the company could scale its team and market share. In early 2022 YouSign bought Canyon, a documentation and workflow automation specialist. This means that YouSign is now propelling into a new dimension.
