- AI Enthusiast: In-depth understanding of Generative AI technologies (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity)
- Curious Mind: Passionate about learning and understanding the full AI capabilities of Zeta's Marketing Platform
- Great Communicator: Strong communication skills, able to present complex AI concepts in an accessible way to non-technical clients
- Creative Thinker: Ability to brainstorm and collaborate with clients on innovative uses for AI in their marketing strategies
- Team Player: Works well with internal teams across Customer Solutions, Solutions Consulting, Enterprise Ops, and Product Management
- Willing to Travel: Open to traveling up to 25% of the time, especially during peak periods

- Build Relationships: Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, working closely with them to drive AI adoption and identify new use cases for their marketing programs
- Share Knowledge: Document and share best practices, tips, and real-world use cases with both internal teams and Clients
- Feedback Loop: Collaborate with our Product team to relay client feedback and insights, helping to shape the future of our AI offerings
