Finance Operations and Transformation Analyst/Manager, Mashgin

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related discipline
• 3+ years of relevant experience in Finance Operations, Revenue Operations, Order-to-Cash, Billing Operations, Finance Transformation, Financial Systems, Business Systems, or a closely related field
• Hands-on experience with the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process, ideally within a SaaS subscription business
• Demonstrated ability to investigate inconsistencies, validate data, and reconcile information across multiple sources or systems
• Working knowledge of business software ecosystems, including accounting software, CRMs, operational platforms, and databases
• Experience improving, documenting, or automating operational workflows
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy and completeness
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, or both, including experience working with complex datasets, formulas, and reconciliations
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and operate effectively in an evolving environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across Finance, Sales, Operations, Product, and Engineering

• Mashgin is looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Finance Operations and Transformation professional, with a continuous improvement mindset and a laser focus on execution, to own and lead Order-to-Cash workflows including billing and help strengthen and scale the processes behind our billing, reporting, and financial systems

• Process Optimization: Improve, and streamline if needed, billing workflows and system reconciliations by collaborating cross-functionally with Product Engineering, Operations, and Sales
• Automated Analytics: Build and enhance operational metrics reporting and analyses through automation using BI tools and/or AI applications
• Commissions Management: Own the end-to-end sales commission calculation and reconciliation process
• Special Projects: Lead ad-hoc initiatives and evolving projects as business needs expand
