Customer Experience Advisor, MPB

• Strong communication skills and a caring attitude
• Some previous experience in a customer support/service/experience role

• This is a fully remote position but you'll very closely connected with your team as we have daily huddles via zoom and regular meetings together
• You will be joining a progressive department who are focused on problem solving, building relationships with customers, and providing an exceptional customer experience

• Your role will be blended and you will be supporting customers via live chat (30%), email (50%) and over the phone (20%)
