• The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with exceptional organizational and communication skills, capable of managing administrative functions, office logistics, and supporting company leadership.
• 2 - 4+ years in workplace experience, office management or operations logistics, preferably in a fast-growing tech or AI startup
• Must be able to be in person in our SF office 5-days per week
• Strong communication skills
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and execute in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Together.ai is looking for a proactive and highly organized Office Coordinator to join our people team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office while fostering a productive and engaging work environment.
• You will get to partner closely with the people operations partner to develop and execute on a variety of projects to enhance our workplace experience and process. • Manage daily office operations, ensuring a well-functioning and efficient workspace
• Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, building management and facilities teams
• Manage office amenities, snacks, and lunch programs
• Assist in organizing team events, both in office and offsite
• Partner with the recruiting team to ensure seamless hand off from hire to onboarding
• Partner with IT to optimize tech resources for in-office and remote teams
• Assist in planning for office expansions as the company grows
• Ensure a top-tier experience for visitors, investors, and partners visiting the office
