Role
Who you are
- The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with exceptional organizational and communication skills, capable of managing administrative functions, office logistics, and supporting company leadership.
- 2 - 4+ years in workplace experience, office management or operations logistics, preferably in a fast-growing tech or AI startup
- Must be able to be in person in our SF office 5-days per week
- Strong communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and execute in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

What the job involves
- Together.ai is looking for a proactive and highly organized Office Coordinator to join our people team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office while fostering a productive and engaging work environment.
- You will get to partner closely with the people operations partner to develop and execute on a variety of projects to enhance our workplace experience and process. We are looking for a team player who can live our vision and is eager to develop their people skills at one of the most exciting, competitive, research-driven companies in AI!
- Manage daily office operations, ensuring a well-functioning and efficient workspace
- Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, building management and facilities teams
- Manage office amenities, snacks, and lunch programs
- Assist in organizing team events, both in office and offsite
- Partner with the recruiting team to ensure seamless hand off from hire to onboarding
- Partner with IT to optimize tech resources for in-office and remote teams
- Assist in planning for office expansions as the company grows
- Ensure a top-tier experience for visitors, investors, and partners visiting the office
- Foster an inclusive and engaging workplace culture
- Assist with HR and People Ops tasks
