• Extensive Research Experience: 7+ years of proven work experience in UX research, product research, or applied research, showcasing expertise in conducting end-to-end complex research using a diverse mix of methods
• Methodological Proficiency: Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience in utilizing a broad spectrum of mixed methods for comprehensive research
• Quantitative Competence: Comfortable with basic statistics, adept at incorporating quantitative methods, and utilizing longitudinal UXR measures to support confident decision-making

• Global Understanding: Conduct comprehensive research to grasp the diverse needs of our global restaurant partners, demonstrating strategic thinking and impact
• Research Planning and Execution: Propose and lead impactful research projects, clarifying large, undefined, open-ended problem spaces. Develop and implement research plans using methods such as usability testing, interviews, surveys, and analytics to gather valuable insights
• Mentoring Product Designers: Collaborate closely with product designers, guiding them to integrate user-centered design principles and research findings into their work
