Vice President of Finance, Shipwell

• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership, specifically in SaaS
• Deep expertise in SaaS metrics, revenue recognition (ASC 606), and unit economics
• Expert in financial modeling, FP&A, budgeting, and strategic planning
• Strong GAAP knowledge (CPA preferred) and experience with financial systems/automation
• Demonstrated ability to lead M&A due diligence and fundraising processes
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
• Strategic business partner capable of influencing executive and board-level decisions
