Who you are
- At least 6 years of proven experience recruiting for R&D/technical positions
- A track record of building and executing effective sourcing strategies for technical roles
- Strong partnership skills, with the ability to collaborate with hiring managers and resolve recruiting challenges
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Prior experience in a high-growth start-up, scale-up, or tech environment
- A data-driven mindset, leveraging insights and hiring metrics to refine and improve recruitment processes
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to operate independently
- A true team player with an inclusive mindset and the ability to build strong relationships across all levels
- Exceptional time management skills and the ability to consistently meet deadlines
- Full professional fluency in English, both written and verbal
- A genuine passion for recruitment and creating meaningful candidate experiences

- We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join us in spreading the power of Wiz by identifying and attracting top-tier talent to help drive our mission forward
- Own and manage the full lifecycle of the hiring process
- Identify and implement effective, efficient recruiting strategies tailored to each role and aligned with industry best practices
- Build and maintain a diverse technical pipeline using both traditional and creative sourcing methods
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through clear, timely communication and support throughout the hiring journey
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and align hiring strategies accordingly
- Champion a best-in-class recruitment experience for every candidate, at every stage
