Who you are

You excel at preparing data for detailed analyses and collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver tailored solutions. You have a keen eye for detail while maintaining a focus on the big picture
3+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role
Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python, along with familiarity with data pipeline tools such as Apache Airflow, Talend, or AWS Data Pipeline and version control systems, especially Git
Advanced skills in Excel and BI Tools like MicroStrategy or Tableau which will distinguish you from other candidates
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with a natural aptitude for numbers in preparation, analysis, interpretation, planning, and forecasting
A data enthusiast who is highly self-motivated and independent, thriving in a fast-paced environment

What the job involves

As part of our Sales Analytics & Campaign Management team, you will extract, analyze, and interpret revenue and customer data to assist our colleagues in the decision-making process. Your analyses empower our sales teams to work more efficiently and target customers more effectively
Data extraction and management:
Develop and optimize SQL queries for efficient data extraction
Manage and maintain data pipelines, ensuring data integrity and availability
Perform data cleansing and transformation to prepare data for analysis
Data analysis and interpretation:
Conduct detailed analysis of revenue and customer data
Provide ongoing insights into growth potentials and risks based on data findings
Collaboration and communication:
Work closely with various departments to understand data needs and deliver effective solutions
Communicate findings and provide recommendations based on data analysis to support and enhance business strategies
