• Experience: 3+ years of proven success as a full-lifecycle Recruiter, with a track record of thriving and operating with urgency in a fast-paced environment
• Education: Bachelor’s degree
• Strategic Influence: Proven ability to act as a trusted talent advisor, effectively prioritizing competing needs across multiple departments and influencing senior leadership
• Analytical Approach: Ability to leverage market data, talent insights, and recruiting metrics to guide hiring decisions and expectations

• Optimize Best Practices: Continuously help improve and evolve internal interview processes, candidate evaluation standards, and recruitment best practices across departments
