Business Recruiter, Alchemy

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth technology company, executive search firm, or recruiting agency
• Demonstrated success hiring GTM talent across multiple functions and seniority levels
• Strong sourcing skills and a track record of engaging passive candidates in competitive markets
• Experience partnering directly with senior leaders and influencing hiring decisions
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using recruiting metrics to drive decisions
• High standards, strong ownership mentality, and relentless focus on outcomes

• As a Business Recruiter focused on GTM hiring, you'll be responsible for identifying, attracting, and closing world-class talent across our revenue organization
• You'll partner directly with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Operations to understand hiring needs, shape recruiting strategies, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences
• This is a highly visible role with significant impact. You'll help define how we scale our business teams while serving as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and leadership

• Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM and business functions, including Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Business Operations
• Partner closely with hiring managers and executives to develop hiring strategies aligned to company goals
• Build and manage strong candidate pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, and talent mapping
• Drive candidate engagement and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance
• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring teams on talent market trends, compensation benchmarks, interview design, and hiring best practices
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top performers from high-growth technology companies
• Leverage recruiting data and funnel analytics to continuously improve hiring outcomes
• Help build scalable recruiting processes, interviewer training programs, and talent assessment frameworks
• Champion Alchemy's culture and values throughout every stage of the recruiting process
• Partner cross-functionally with People Operations, Finance, and leadership teams to support organizational growth initiatives
