Engineering Team Lead, Alpaca

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience, including 2+ years in leadership or mentoring roles
• Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks like React, with experience in scalable application development
• Hands-on experience with TypeScript, state management libraries, and building scalable web applications
• Experience with GoLang, including API development and backend service integration
• Strong understanding of design systems, UI/UX principles, and accessibility standards
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and CI/CD practices
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
