Who you are
- We are looking for a seasoned product leader with experience in managing complex B2B products, deep experience in building and optimising high scale tech products that create a compelling value proposition for the consumers and the business
- Minimum 6+ years experience as a Product manager out of which 2+ years experience as a Senior Product Manager/Principal Product Manager and managed multi-million $ ARR B2B products previously
- Previous B2B SAAS experience or good understanding of building B2B products is required
- Previous experience in industries such as eCommerce or any multi-sided marketplace is preferred, though not necessary
- Excellent analytical skills and creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Empathy for users and a drive to discover and resolve their pain points
- Excellent business acumen, customer-centric, team and results-oriented
What the job involves
- The B2B team in FREENOW is building our new set of mobility offerings to serve the mobility needs of medium and large sized businesses. This team is primarily responsible for creating a unique B2B traveller experience to meet all the mobility needs of medium and large sized businesses
- Define and drive the product strategy for the FREENOW B2B business product offering that improves efficiency and deliver great user experiences for our business customers
- Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics and data science to define an ambitious product strategy, develop and maintain a prioritised product backlog, and execute on delivering great experiences for users
- Be extremely customer-centric and able to empathise with customer pain points
- Have a very first principle problem solving mindset who is always challenging the status quo of doing things and has the ability to break a complex problem into smaller problems that can be solved efficiently
- Launch minimum-loveable-products based on quantitative and qualitative data on user behaviour and experimentation, as well as being able to continuously iterate your product to enable more delightful customer experience
- Oversee product launches, product marketing, and other go-to-market activities for all marketplace products
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that the team's work is well-understood and well-supported
- Able to use data to drive decisions, measure product performance, and communicate impact and get buy-in from senior executives

The platform puts safety first, connecting passengers with thousands of experiences, vetted drives across Europe. The app offers seven different ways to travel in one place, making it easy to choose the best option for any journey - whether that's a quick work commute, an airport run, or even a night out.
Freenow has a strong European footprint and is focused on working with professional taxi drivers rather than just ride-share amateurs. The service operates in over 180 cities across nine countries and has pickups points at 50 airports. Taxis arrive in an average of four minutes, and the whole experience is cashless, letting users travel like locals.
Recently, the company was acquired by Lyft in an impressive cross-marekt usage, the Lyft app was opened 4.6M times in Freenow's marekt since earl 2024, while Freenow was used 1.2M times in Lyft's territory. This merger could double Lyft's addressable market to over 300B trips per year. Freenow CEO Thomas Zimmermann and his team will continues leading operations across their nine countries and for users, this means the platform should get even better as both companies integrate their technologies and strengths to serve customers worldwide.
