Who you are
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 2yrs managing a small office
- Required to sit, stand and walk. Regularly required to stoop, bend and lift up to 25 pounds.

What the job involves
- The position will coordinate office operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies, manage office supplies, schedule meetings, and provide general administrative support to employees.
- Oversee and manage daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ordering and managing inventory
- Manage and maintain office facilities, including cleanliness, security, and repairs
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or office
- Serve as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Provide general administrative support to employees
- Assist with setting up conference rooms.
- Maintain office files and records, ensuring they are up-to-date and properly managed
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives
- Maintain a positive and professional work environment
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
