Role
Who you are
- 5 + years of experience in Technology Adoption, Global sales operations, Global sales enablement, or a related field
- Strong understanding of the Business processes and the challenges faced by Global “Go To Market” teams
- Strong understanding of the sales process, sales methodologies, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Outstanding presentation, communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and peripheral applications and tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail. Project management certification (e.g., PMP or similar) is a plus
- Experience in Saas industry a significant plus
What the job involves
- We are looking for an energized Sales Digital Adoption Manager to join our Global Sales Operations team
- In this pivotal role, you will be Responsible for the Digital Adoption of our Business Systems, will enhance Business effectiveness by aligning Operations, Processes, Systems and enablement strategies to support our “Go To Market” team (Sales, Pre-Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success, Partner Management)
- You will play a key role in driving productivity while ensuring that our operations run efficiently and effectively
- Facilitate the onboarding and ongoing training of new and existing team members to ensure quick ramp-up and continuous growth
- Create and maintain enablement materials, including playbooks, presentations and knowledge bases. Develop, implement, and optimize Operations, Processes and Systems training
- Analyse performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans. Monitor and analyse Business operations data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to the sales team and sales operations for future enhancements
- Conduct regular needs assessments to understand the requirements of the teams and adapt training and resources accordingly
- Collaborate with sales leadership to define processes and metrics that align with business goals
- Manage the implementation and utilization of Business tools and technologies, ensuring adoption and effectiveness across the sales organization
- Stay up to date with industry best practices and market trends to inform sales strategies
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the sales organization
