What the job involves

We’re looking for a driven Junior Talent Acquisition Partner who will work closely with our People and Sales Leadership Team to build a world-class Sales function
Your stakeholders are extremely high-paced, data-driven, and empathetic, and they want to empower you with a great balance of ownership and support
Identify, engage and inspire the right sales talent – you’re a natural and have a keen eye for great talent
Become a committed ambassador for Getsafe and actively shape the perception of our employer brand
Lead and manage entire recruiting processes end-to-end (screening, interviewing, negotiating and closing offers) and make balanced hiring decisions
Proactively drive process improvements that directly impact our recruiting effectiveness
Partner with hiring managers to develop creative high volume sales recruiting strategies
Ensure the best candidate experience possible – you know what candidates expect and exceed their experience expectations
Analyse data and create relevant reporting to ensure the best hiring decisions
